Apartment Homes Consistent with our Christian mission, The Vineyard on Catawba is proud to serve people of every income level. The Concord apartments are designed for independent living. Rentals are restricted to individuals or couples who are age 55 or better; and who meet income limit requirements.

We offer one-bedroom apartments (634 sq. ft.) or two-bedroom apartments (802 sq. ft.).
